Decorative Concrete & Coating Aggregates allow the designer to create unique and beautiful enhancements to virtually any concrete substrate. Our line of aggregates are chosen for decorative style, functionality and to further assist with Green Building LEED objectives. These aggregates are used with our Eco-Tuff Coating Systems and Deco-Poz Decorative Pozzolan Resurfacing System. They may also be used with other compatible coating systems and concrete mixtures.
Renewable Resource and Recycled Content Aggregate Options:
Granulated Cork Aggregates: Cork is a very popular flooring material due to its outstanding durability, comfort, elasticity, noise resistance, and is made from a renewable resource material. We have taken fine granulated cork for use as a decorative aggregate when used with our Eco-Tuff Clear Coat System.
100% Recycled Glass Aggregates: Glass aggregates have been used for years in Terrazzo Floor Systems, Epoxy Systems, Concrete Countertops and more. Glass fines and other size aggregates deliver versatile textures, colors and design effects. We only use 100% recycled tumbled glass aggregates to help reduce landfill waste. When using glass aggregates with our Deco-Poz Resurfacing System to create glass countertops or floors, we recommend using glass sizes smaller than the maximum build of 1/4". Proper concrete polishing equipment is required.
